• Does the app collect any data ?

  Sure, in order to provide a cloud based solution, we store your data on a secured platform so you can have access any where any time.

• What type of data are being collected ?

  We only collect input data from the user.

• Does the app collect any personal data ?

  Yes, the app can collect the name of the user (for display only), user's email (to identify users only) and location (to save store's location). Everything is optional.

• Where does the app store my pictures ?

  Locally, we do not collect any picture through the app, all your taken pictures are stored on your phone.

• Are my data being used by other entities ?

  Absolutely not, your data is only stored and no entity have access to your data other than you.

• Can i delete all my data on the cloud ?

  Sure, you have two ways to do so, through tha app you can delete all you data with a simple click on the profile page, or yo can contact us to do the job for you if you lost access.

• Why the app ask me for specific access ?

  Its normal, the app may ask you for specific access in order to work properly such as storage permission to store pictures locally, gallery access to pick up pictures you choose or camera access to take pictures / scan barcode.

• Why do i see a secret key on my profile page ?

  The secret key is very important, you will need it to recover your account. Make sure you have already an email setup on your profile page then store the secret key in a safe place
